One of our assignments over here was to find a shape at one of the museums we visited and turn it into a carpet pattern. The shape I took was from the Science Museum, and it was inspired by the giant puzzle there. I thought this would be a fun carpet pattern to put in a children's room or a toy room. It is kind of a play off the traditional black and white checkerboard pattern...just a bit more spiced up and interesting!
