Today was a free day, so me and a few others went to the Villa Savoye house. This is a really famous house that was built by the architect and pretty much pure genius CORBUSIER!! He built it clear back in 1929 for the Savoye family and it is the most amazing house ever. It is such a modern house even for now days, so I can't imagine what the people thought about his desings clear back in the early 1900's. This is part of the master bathroom. I love the built in lounge chair that you can lay on after you bathe!
This is the front view of the house. I love the front double doors surrounded by glass! These chairs were also designed by Corbusier. I love them! On the second floor of the house there is an outdoor patio with a ramp up to the roof. There is another patio on top of the roof. This is a room on the second floor that has one wall that is entirely glass. The whole glass wall slides open so the patio and room kind of just become one big room! This is Adam and Seth pushing open the glass wall...which wasn't supposed to be touched! Luckily they didn't kick us out!
